At Syncroness, we put quality at the heart of our business. For the regulated industries in which our customers operate, quality system certifications are a must-have. The Syncroness Quality Management System (QMS) is certified to ISO 13485:2016, ISO 9001:2015, and AS9100D.

With the rigorous cycle of twice-annual external audits performed by our registrar, Det Norske Veritas – Germanischer Lloyd (DNV-GL), Syncroness invests heavily in operating, maintaining, and improving the effectiveness of our systems.

Product Exploration

Syncroness and the customer work together to establish the product concept and to establish a plan for executing the product development steps.

Requirements Analysis and System Architecture

The requirements which form the design input establish a basis for performing subsequent design tasks and verifying the design.

Development

Syncroness creates and refines the product design, executes and documents appropriate analyses of the design, and prepares the design specification data and documents required to fabricate prototypes for verification.

Verification and Validation

Verification is a three-pronged approach involving tests, inspections, and analyses which demonstrate that the design outputs meet their input requirements. The customer ultimately owns any design validation activities with our 100% Client Owned IP policy.

Design Transfer

Once validation has occurred, the completed design is transferred back to the customer or to the customer’s selected contract manufacturer. When appropriate, a formal Design Transfer Plan is created that documents the activities, schedules, and parties responsible for executing the design transfer.
