Syncroness’ mechanical engineering team recognizes and applies best practices when approaching product design, using Syncroness’ refined product development process for efficient design and analysis to save our clients money over the course of the project. Our goal is to partner with our clients to provide them with the best solutions, whether that’s going beyond providing analysis outputs to also provide recommendations, extending our capabilities through outsourced partners, or offering production transition support. We excel at designing multidisciplinary systems. We have ample knowledge of Design for X (DfX) concepts, including Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) practices, and specialize in designing for low-cost, high volume injection molding production.
