Syncroness has developed a unique approach to assisting mid-size companies that struggle with resource allocation between research, new product development and sustaining engineering. Our solution removes the sustaining engineering distraction, and allows companies to focus their engineering resources on new products.
Syncroness developed the solution for Cardiac Science and now maintains many of the company’s core products from our location. The arrangement has proven very successful to the extent that multi-year agreements are in place to continue and expand the service.
Syncroness maintains a dedicated team of 12 people working on quality issues, cost reductions, end of life issues, and new feature additions.
