All of Syncroness management are engineers too. We have a good understanding of the work required. Our culture is one of professionalism. We work hard but we also value family life, and personal development. We work reasonable hours with some exceptions as dictated by a particular project schedule we have a very low turnover rate and we want to keep it that way. We are problem solvers. We have significant processes that insures we do things in a consistent way and this facilitates a rapid training of new engineers and means that we can grow without impacting quality in a negative way.
Work Environment
Syncroness has modern offices with state of the art computers, networks and equipment. We strive to provide all the tools necessary for our people to be as efficient as possible including a large knowledge base that we have developed over the years. We value people and work hard to insure that everyone is continuing to improve and enjoys what they are doing.
Syncroness is not for everyone. It is a dynamic environment where one works on a full suite of engineering tasks on different projects often in different industries. It is very stimulating and challenging. If you prefer to do more repetitive tasks or prefer to just do your job and go home, Syncroness might not be the place for you. If you want to expand your skills, learn something new every day, and have a mature understanding of customer service, then a position at Syncroness can be very rewarding.
